Michelle L. Drury MD
Philosophy of Care: I believe in a team based, patient centered approach to care. As a physician, I can help guide patients to make necessary lifestyle changes and prescribe medications when appropriate. But- I like to involve patients in the decision making and engage them in their care. I believe in utilizing our full team of medical assistants, case managers, dieticians, nurse, and behavioral health professionals to ensure everyone is getting the best care possible.
Why I Choose to Work at Clinica: My passion in medicine has always been focused on underserved populations. I believe in the mission of providing high quality care to people to people regardless of their income or background. I have been working at Clinica/ People’s Clinic for 15 years. I love my job because of the wonderful patients I get to take care of, my dedicated co-workers, and an inspirational leadership team who is always innovating to make Clinica better.

When I am not working, I am usually spending time with my family, including our 3 kids, ages 6, 12, and 14. We like to travel. When I have time to read, historical fiction is my favorite.
