Hayley Marcus, MD
Philosophy of Care: I strive to welcome all people of all backgrounds into the clinic and into healthcare. I want everyone to feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. I love getting to know the whole family and seeing familiar faces over time. I love keeping people healthy, treating illnesses, and managing chronic diseases. I enjoy the full breadth of primary care and Family Medicine, but I do have specific passions including reproductive health (prenatal care and family planning), a wide variety of procedures, ultrasound, and caring for members of the LGBTQ* community, including gender affirming care for Transgender patients.
Why I Choose to Work at Clinica: Healthcare is a fundamental right. Everyone should be able to seek care for both disease prevention and disease management. I am proud to work for an organization that cares for anyone without exception. Clinica has also created a wonderful teamwork environment that values all members of the care team. Finally, I enjoy caring for a diverse patient population, including patients who speak Spanish as their first language – I love speaking Spanish with them!

Outside Clinica: Spend time with my partner and my adorable puppy. Visiting my family near Boston, MA. I love food – cooking, eating, reading about it, dreaming about it, growing it. I love to hike, bike, and be outside.
Volunteer Experience: Legislative Committee – Colorado Academy of Family Physicians. Reproductive Health Access Project – advocating for reproductive justice.
Other causes I support: LGBTQ* equality.
