Lafayette Food Distribution

Clinic is partnering with Community Food Share to host food distribution event on Saturday, April 30th, between 9am – 1pm at our Lafayette clinic. Food items such as vegetables, fruit and meats as well as other items will be given out on a first come, first served basis.
